Day 5: Swimmers' Blog

Today was the last day of the meet. We all got up early and I had to swim the 200 IM. It went well. I didn't get my best time, but I was happy with how I did. Today is the first time I didn't make it to finals, so our relay was the last swim and we did great! A new team record! :) Now I get to lay in the warm sunny weather until Jennah's swims at finals! ~ Emily

Last Day of the meet went really well. We set a team record in the 400 medley relay and moved up a lot of places. The weather today is the best -- sunny and in the 70's. But, unfortunately, I can't lay in the sun because I have to rest for my 200 IM tonight. The week has been so much fun and I wish we could stay longer but I have to fly home to the nasty Wisconsin weather :( ~ Jennah

Today Chelsea was the only one who got to sleep in. I had the 50 back and the relay. We got a new team record! After we got back to the hotel, Chelsea invited me to go to a waterpark. It was super fun and I got a nice tan. ~ Bridgette

Today was the last day of the meet. We swam the relay with a team record. Then, me and my Dad took Bridgette to Aquatica Waterpark. It was really fun and I saw some baby whales. I also got a little sunburned :) Now, I'm going to go PIG OUT at a yummy restaurant. ~ Chelsea
