Adult Race Info: swimmers will be placed into waves based upon their 500 yard free times (20 lengths or 10 laps of the pool) or 1000 yard times (Raptor racers).  If a Raptor did not give a 1000 yard time, their 500 yard time was doubled, then a cushion of 30 seconds was added.

The first waves are Olympic Tri/Raptor racers, followed by special requests or groups that are traveling together. The fastest wave actually starts later, so that most athletes finish closer to each other, for award purposes.

Adult course: 500 yard swim (indoor 6 lane, 25 yard pool - no more than 3 to a lane), 13.5 mile bike (country roads), and a 3 mile nature preserve run.

Adult Olympic course:  1000 yard swim, 27.5 mile bike (double the course above), and 6 mile run (double the course above)

Child Race Info: This race will not start until after the Adult race is completed (typically around 2:30-3pm). Adults may ride behind their child, on the bike, or run alongside them, on the run. The children are placed into waves based upon their age and swim abilities.

Child course:  200 yard swim (8 lengths of the pool or 4 laps - no more than 4 to a lane), 4 mile bike (on country roads - no closed to traffic), 1 mile run around the UWW athletic fields.

Both Adult and Child relay teams:  All relay members must complete a waiver.  When registering, make sure to include shirt sizes for all relay members and include what type of relay it is (needed for awards).
