Welcome to our swim team website!
Our swim team exists to benefit all swimmers, not just the highly skilled, but to
all who show a willing interest in training and competing in age group and senior
swimming. The objectives of the J-Hawk Aquatic Club swim team are as follows:
1. Education
2. Participation
3. To help athletes reach their goals.
4. To bring swimming as a lifetime sport to as many young people as possible.
5. To build the team to be one of the biggest, most respected and successful swim
programs in this area of the state.
All new swimmers receive 1 week FREE trial period.
Swimmers are welcome to join at anytime!
Recent news
Bridgette Alexander qualified for the 2012 Olympic Trials, in the 100 meter back.
Bridgette competed at the US Winter Nationals this weekend, in Atlanta, Georgia, and placed 34th with a time 1:03.88.
She is the youngest J-Hawk swimmer, to qualify for the Olympic Trials, which will be in Omaha, Nebraska, starting June

Junior Team: 5:15pm-7pm (Thurs 4:45pm) Mini-Hawk: 5:15pm-6:30pm (Thus 4:45pm)
13&Over Practices: M thru F UW-Whitewater's Williams Center Pool
High School Conditioning*: 5pm-6:45pm (can swim 1- 1 1/2 hours) Senior/National

Sophia Fanshaw and Peter Zimdars have each set a new team record in the 8&Under Division.
Sophia broke the girls 25 fly record with a time of 15.80, while Peter broke the boys 25 fly record, in a time of 17.52.

Several swimmers made new cuts for State, Speedo, and Sectionals.
New State Cuts: Olivia De Remer: 11-12 50 and 100 breast Libby Reuterskiold: 13-14 200 breast Erin Donagan: 11-12 100 breast and 100 fly Sophia Fanshaw: 10&Under 200 free and 200 IM
New Speedo Cut: Sara Foucault: 200 back
New NSCA National Cut: Bridgette Alexander: 100 free

Emily McClellan and Bridgette Alexander continued some very fast swimming at US Nationals and Junior nationals.
US Nationals On Tuesday, Emily started off with a 200 IM best time. Meanwhile, Bridgette time trialed the 100 fly and smashed the old team record with a time of 1:05.96.
