This group is for swimmers training to qualify or compete at the State Championships and older swimmers training for fitness purposes.

Focus:

Perfecting stroke technique and race strategy.

Advancement:

Practice Length:

|
15 minutes of stretching and exercises, and 1 1/2 hours of water time.

Evening Practices: Mondays through Fridays UWW, Williams Center Pool Sept. 8th-Oct. 5th 4:45pm-6:30pm Oct. 6th - March 6th 5:15pm-7pm

Programs are offered September to March and April to August. Fees are paid monthly. Swimmers may join at any time.
