Practice Group: Senior Team
Description: This group is for athletes 13&Older who would like to make more of a commitment to their training. Practices are offered 7 times a week.
Focus: Building endurance, learning race strategy, and improving stroke technique.
Advancement:
Practice Length: 30 minutes of stretching and exercises, and 2 hours of water time.
Schedule:

2008-09 Fall/Winter Schedule (September 8th):

Evening Practices:
Mondays through Fridays   
UWW, Williams Center Pool      Sept. 8th - Oct. 5th      4pm - 6:30pm
                                                  Oct. 6th - March 6th    4:30pm-7pm


Morning Practices (starts in October)
Tuesday and Thursdays
Milton HS                                       5:15am - 6:45am



Cost: See team fee information in document library.
Other Information:

Programs are offered September to March and April to August.  Fees are paid monthly.  Swimmers may join at any time.
