Practice Group: High School Conditioning Program
Description: This group is designed for the high school student that would like to get in shape, or stay in shape, for their high school sports season.
Focus: Learning proper stroke technique, race strategy, and starts and turns, while building endurance.
Advancement:
Practice Length: 15 minutes of stretching and exercises, and 1 hour of water time.
Schedule:

2008-09 Fall/Winter Schedule (starts September 8th):

Evening Practices:
Mondays through Fridays   
UWW, Williams Center Pool      Sept. 8th - Oct. 5th     4:15pm-5:30pm
                                                  Oct. 6th - March 6th   5pm-6:15pm



Cost: See team fee information in document library.
Other Information:

Programs are offered September to March and April to August.  Fees are paid monthly.  Swimmers may join at any time.
